The farm name Fazenda Piao Morro Grande translates to Cowboy Mountain Farm. It is situated on the mountain side at over 1000 metres above sea level. The farm is run by a third successive generation, two brothers Rafael and Leo. We picked up this great lot and fell in love with it as it´s grown at some of the highest parts of Piao Morro. These beans take longer to ripen and result in a cup with more complex acidity and fruity aromas.
